Welcome to Keeps Support. This page explains how to get help with Keeps, how the app works, how to troubleshoot common issues, and how to contact Nosiah Studio.
Keeps is a mobile app for capturing stamp-framed photos, saving them to cloud storage, organizing memories into collections, calendar views, and scrapbook/page projects, sharing public stamps with friends, replying with messages or reactions, chatting with friends, and using home screen widgets.
1. Contact Support
Keeps is provided by:
- Legal name: Nosiah Studio
- Support email: nosiahstudio@gmail.com
- Address: Hanoi, Vietnam
For support, email:
nosiahstudio@gmail.com
When contacting support, please include:
- Your Keeps account email, if you are comfortable sharing it.
- Your device model.
- Your iOS or Android version.
- The Keeps app version, if available.
- A short description of what happened.
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if they help explain the issue.
- Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes.
Please do not send passwords, app store payment card details, authentication codes, or private content that is not needed to investigate the issue.
2. Support Response Expectations
Nosiah Studio aims to review support requests as soon as reasonably possible. Response time can vary based on volume, severity, time zone, and whether the issue requires investigation with third-party providers such as Supabase, Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
Safety, account access, purchase, and data deletion requests are prioritized.
3. App Overview
Keeps lets you:
- Capture photos with stamp-style frames.
- Add captions to stamps.
- Mark stamps public or private.
- View stamps in calendar, collection, profile, and stamp detail pages.
- Create and manage custom collections.
- Create scrapbook/page projects.
- Add friends and manage friend requests.

4. Account and Sign-In Help
Keeps uses Apple and Google sign-in through Supabase authentication.
If Sign in with Apple does not work
Try:
- Confirming you are connected to the internet.
- Checking that Apple services are available on your device.
- Restarting the app.
- Restarting your device.
- Making sure your Apple ID is signed in on the device.
- Trying again after a few minutes.
If the issue continues, contact support with the approximate time of the failed sign-in and any error message shown.
If Google Sign-In does not work
Try:
- Confirming you are connected to the internet.
- Checking that your Google account is active.
- Restarting the app.
- Restarting your device.
- Trying a different network.
If the issue continues, contact support with the approximate time of the failed sign-in and any error message shown.
If you signed into the wrong account
Sign out from Keeps, then sign in using the correct Apple or Google account. If you purchased Keeps Pro, make sure you sign in with the same Keeps account that made the purchase. Paid access is intended for the account that purchased it.
5. Profile Support
Keeps profiles may include display name, username, bio, and avatar.
Username issues
Usernames must be unique. If a username is already taken, choose another one.
Avatar issues
If your avatar does not upload or update:
- Check your internet connection.
- Try a smaller image.
- Try a common image format such as JPG or PNG.
- Restart the app and try again.
Profile avatars may be publicly visible in profile, friend, feed, and chat features.
6. Camera and Stamp Capture Support
Keeps needs camera permission to capture stamp photos.
If the camera does not open
Try:
- Open device Settings.
- Find Keeps.
- Confirm Camera permission is enabled.
- Close and reopen Keeps.
- Restart your device if the camera remains unavailable.
If capture is slow
Keeps processes captured photos to crop and apply the stamp frame before upload. Processing can take longer on older devices or when memory is low.
Try:
- Closing other apps.
- Restarting Keeps.
- Restarting the device.
- Checking your internet connection before saving.
If the app pauses on capture
Keeps may pause the live camera frame while it processes the stamp photo. This is expected. Wait for the preview or save flow to finish.
If the frame looks different after capture
Keeps attempts to match the camera frame and final saved stamp shape. Small differences can occur because the camera preview, device screen size, camera sensor ratio, and final image crop are not always identical.
If the difference is severe, contact support with your device model and a screenshot.
7. Saving Stamps
Saved stamps are uploaded to Supabase cloud storage. Keeps is designed to use cloud storage for stamps rather than keeping a permanent local stamp file library in the app.
If a stamp does not save
Try:
- Checking your internet connection.
- Waiting a few moments and trying again.
- Confirming you are still signed in.
- Retaking the photo if the preview was interrupted.
If saving repeatedly fails, contact support with the time of the issue, device model, and any error message.
Public and private stamps
Private stamps are intended to be visible only to you. Public stamps may be visible to friends or other authenticated users in social features.
Do not make a stamp public if you do not want other users to see it.
8. Collections Support
Keeps lets you organize stamps into collections.
Basic plan collection limit
Keeps Basic may limit the number of custom collections. Keeps Pro may increase or remove this limit.
If you reach the Basic collection limit, upgrade to Keeps Pro to create more collections.
Missing stamps in a collection
If a stamp was deleted, it may no longer appear in collections or projects that referenced it.
Try refreshing the page. If a project or collection fails to open after a stamp deletion, contact support.
9. Calendar Support
The calendar view groups stamps by capture date.
If stamps appear on an unexpected date:
- Check the device date and time settings.
- Confirm the stamp was captured on the expected date.
- Refresh the page.
Timezone differences can affect how capture dates are displayed.
10. Projects and Page Studio Support
Keeps projects let you create scrapbook/page layouts using saved stamps and other visual elements.
Basic plan project limit
Keeps Basic may include a limited number of projects. Keeps Pro may unlock more or unlimited projects.
If a project does not open
Try:
- Checking your internet connection.
- Refreshing the projects page.
- Confirming the stamps used in the project still exist.
- Restarting the app.
If the issue continues, contact support with the project name and what happens when you open it.
11. Friends and Social Feed Support
Keeps lets users add friends, accept or decline friend requests, and view public friend stamps.
Friend limits
Keeps Basic and Keeps Pro may have different friend limits. If you reach the limit, you may need to remove friends or upgrade to Keeps Pro.
Friend requests
If a friend request does not appear:
- Refresh the friends page.
- Ask the other user to confirm the username.
- Check whether the request was already accepted or declined.
Public friend stamps
Only stamps marked public are intended to appear in social feed or friend profile views. Private stamps should not appear in public friend feeds.
12. Chat, Reactions, and Stamp Replies
Keeps lets accepted friends send messages, reactions, and replies to public stamps.
If messages do not load
Try:
- Pull to refresh the chat list.
- Checking your internet connection.
- Reopening the chat thread.
- Restarting the app.
If older messages do not load
Scroll upward in the chat thread to load older messages. If loading gets stuck, close and reopen the thread.
If a stamp reply does not send
Stamp replies are intended for visible public friend stamps. If the stamp was deleted, made private, or no longer visible, the reply may fail.
13. Reporting Abuse, Offensive Content, or Safety Issues
Keeps includes user-generated content, including photos, captions, profiles, messages, and reactions.
To report abuse, offensive content, harassment, spam, impersonation, illegal content, or a safety concern, email:
nosiahstudio@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your Keeps account email or username.
- The username or display name of the user you are reporting.
- A description of the issue.
- Screenshots, if safe and appropriate.
- The approximate date and time of the incident.
- Whether the issue happened in a public stamp, profile, friend request, chat, or stamp reply.
Nosiah Studio may review reports and take action such as removing content, restricting features, disabling social access, or suspending accounts where appropriate.
If you need immediate help
Keeps support is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
14. Blocking or Avoiding Another User
If an in-app block control is available, use it to limit unwanted contact.
If a block control is not available in your current app version:
- Do not accept friend requests from the user.
- Remove or decline friend relationships where available.
- Do not reply to messages.
- Report the user to nosiahstudio@gmail.com.
Include the user's display name or username and a short explanation of what happened.
15. Keeps Pro and Subscription Support
Keeps Pro may be offered through monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchase options.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and validated through RevenueCat.
Managing subscriptions
To cancel or manage subscriptions:
- iOS: Open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
- Android: Open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions.
Deleting your Keeps account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
If Pro does not unlock
Try:
- Confirming you are signed into the Keeps account that purchased Pro.
- Confirming your App Store or Google Play purchase was completed.
- Tapping Restore purchases in the subscription page, if available.
- Restarting the app.
If Pro still does not unlock, contact support and include:
- Keeps account email.
- Plan purchased: monthly, yearly, or lifetime.
- Platform: iOS or Android.
- Approximate purchase date.
- App Store or Google Play order ID if available.
Do not send full payment card details.
Paid access and account ownership
Paid access is intended for the Keeps account that purchased it. If you sign into another Keeps account on the same device, Pro may not transfer to that other account.
16. Refund Support
Refunds are generally handled by the app store that processed the purchase.
Apple App Store refunds
Use Apple's purchase support or reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Google Play refunds
Use Google Play purchase support to request a refund.
Nosiah Studio can help investigate whether Keeps received a subscription entitlement, but Apple or Google generally controls whether a refund is approved.
17. Home Screen Widget Support
Keeps may provide:
- A camera shortcut widget that opens the Camera page.
- A latest stamp widget that shows a recent stamp or social feed stamp.
If a widget opens the wrong page
Try:
- Removing and re-adding the widget.
- Opening Keeps once from the app icon.
- Restarting the device.
- Confirming Keeps is updated.
If the latest stamp widget does not update
Try:
- Opening Keeps.
- Capturing or loading a new stamp.
- Checking internet connection.
- Removing and re-adding the widget.
Widget content may remain visible on your device home screen or lock screen depending on device settings.
18. Privacy and Data Support
Read the Privacy Policy:
PRIVACY_POLICY.md
For privacy requests, email:
nosiahstudio@gmail.com
Privacy requests may include:
- Access to personal information.
- Correction of inaccurate profile information.
- Account deletion.
- Questions about public/private visibility.
- Questions about how data is stored or shared.
19. Account Deletion Support
You may request account deletion in the App where available or by emailing:
nosiahstudio@gmail.com
Include:
- Your Keeps account email.
- Your username, if known.
- A clear statement that you want to delete your Keeps account.
Account deletion may remove or de-identify account data associated with your Keeps account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, app store, payment, and other retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting your Keeps account does not cancel active Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
20. Security Support
If you believe your account or data has been accessed without permission, email:
nosiahstudio@gmail.com
Include:
- Your Keeps account email.
- What happened.
- Approximate date and time.
- Any suspicious usernames, messages, or activity.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or payment card details.
21. Known Limitations
Keeps depends on device permissions, internet access, Supabase, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and app store services. Some issues may be caused by third-party outages, device settings, app store account state, or network problems.
Keeps cannot prevent another user from taking screenshots or copying content after they have seen it.
Keeps support cannot directly manage your Apple ID, Google account, payment method, app store refund decision, or device operating system settings.
22. Detailed Account Deletion Support
This section explains how Keeps users can request account deletion, what data may be deleted or retained, what happens to subscriptions, and what limits may apply.
How to request account deletion
You may request deletion in either of these ways:
- Use the Delete Account option in the Keeps Settings page, where available.
- Email Nosiah Studio at nosiahstudio@gmail.com.
If emailing, include:
- The email address used for your Keeps account.
- Your Keeps username, if known.
- Your display name, if helpful.
- A clear statement such as: "I request deletion of my Keeps account."
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment card details, or unnecessary private content.
Identity verification
Before deleting an account, Nosiah Studio may need to verify that the requester controls the account.
Verification may include:
- Confirming the request came from the account email.
- Asking for the Keeps username or display name.
- Asking for additional account details that help confirm ownership.
- Asking the user to sign in and make the request from within the App, where available.
Nosiah Studio will not ask for your Apple ID password, Google password, full payment card number, or one-time authentication code.
What account deletion means
Account deletion generally means Nosiah Studio will delete or de-identify data associated with your Keeps account, subject to technical, legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, app store, backup, and dispute-resolution limits.
Deletion is intended to affect your Keeps account and Keeps cloud data. It does not automatically delete data controlled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase backups, app store transaction history, or another user's account.
Data expected to be deleted or de-identified
Where technically available and legally permitted, account deletion may include deleting or de-identifying:
- Profile information.
- Display name.
- Username.
- Bio.
- Avatar URL.
- Profile avatar file.
- Saved stamp metadata.
- Stamp photos stored for your account.
- Captions.
- Public/private stamp visibility records.
- Custom collections.
- Collection-stamp assignments.
- Scrapbook/page projects.
- Friend relationships.
- Friend requests.
- Subscription plan status stored in your profile.
- Other account-linked records controlled by Nosiah Studio.
Chat messages and shared content
Chat messages, reactions, and stamp replies involve at least two users.
When an account is deleted, Nosiah Studio may delete, de-identify, or retain messages depending on technical capability, legal requirements, safety needs, and whether deletion would affect another user's conversation history.
Examples:
- Your profile identity may be removed or de-identified.
- Messages may remain visible to the other participant if needed to preserve their conversation record.
- Reports, abuse evidence, or safety records may be retained where necessary.
- Stamp replies may lose access to deleted stamp images if the stamp file is removed.
Public content
If you made stamps public, other users may have seen them before deletion.
Account deletion can remove or limit future access to your cloud content, but it cannot guarantee deletion of:
- Screenshots taken by other users.
- Cached copies outside Keeps' control.
- Content already viewed or copied by another person.
- App store, device, or operating system cache outside Keeps' control.
Subscriptions are not cancelled by account deletion
Deleting your Keeps account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
To cancel on iOS, open device Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Find Keeps and cancel the subscription if you no longer want it to renew.
To cancel on Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Find Keeps and cancel the subscription if you no longer want it to renew.
If you purchased a lifetime product, account deletion may remove the Keeps account associated with that purchase. Contact support before deletion if you have questions about paid access.
RevenueCat and app store records
Keeps uses RevenueCat to validate subscription and lifetime purchase entitlements.
Account deletion may not delete all records held by:
- Apple App Store.
- Google Play.
- RevenueCat.
- Payment processors.
- Tax, accounting, or anti-fraud systems.
Those parties may retain purchase and transaction records according to their own legal obligations and policies.
Supabase records and backups
Keeps uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime features.
Deletion from production systems may not immediately remove all data from backups, logs, or provider-managed retention systems. Backup and log data may remain for a limited period before expiring according to provider retention practices.
Local device data and widgets
After account deletion, some local data may remain on your device until you remove the app or clear local app data.
Local or device-held data may include:
- Onboarding preference.
- Image cache.
- Operating system cache.
- Home widget data.
- Recently displayed image previews.
If you use Keeps widgets, remove them from your home screen after account deletion. Widgets may show old cached content until refreshed, removed, or cleared by the operating system.
Processing time and retained data
Nosiah Studio will process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible after verifying account ownership.
Some information may be retained where necessary for:
- Legal compliance.
- Tax and accounting records.
- App store purchase validation.
- Refund, chargeback, or billing disputes.
- Fraud prevention.
- Security investigation.
- Abuse and safety reports.
- Enforcement of Terms and Conditions.
- Backup and disaster recovery.
- Protecting another user's account or conversation history.
Retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
23. Detailed Subscription Support
This section explains Keeps Basic, Keeps Pro, subscription billing, restore purchases, account ownership, cancellation, refunds, and common purchase issues.
Plan overview
Keeps may offer:
- Keeps Basic.
- Keeps Pro monthly.
- Keeps Pro yearly.
- Keeps Pro lifetime.
Keeps Basic is the free plan. Keeps Pro is the paid plan that unlocks higher limits and paid features where available.
Subscription prices, taxes, introductory offers, regional pricing, renewal terms, and availability may vary by country, platform, app store, and App Store Connect or Google Play Console configuration.
Keeps Basic
Keeps Basic lets users use the core app with limits.
Basic plan limits may include:
- Rectangular stamp machine frame only.
- Limited number of custom collections.
- Limited number of friends.
- Limited stamp edit behavior after saving.
- Limited number of projects.
The app may still show Pro-only options so users can understand what is available. If a Basic user selects or tries to use a Pro-only feature, Keeps may show an upgrade prompt.
Keeps Pro
Keeps Pro may include:
- Additional stamp machine frames.
- Higher or unlimited collection limits.
- Higher friend limits.
- Ability to edit public/private status and caption after saving where available.
- Higher or unlimited project limits.
- New Pro features included in future updates where offered.
Feature availability can depend on app version, platform, backend availability, and active entitlement status.
Billing options
Keeps Pro may be offered through:
- Monthly subscription.
- Yearly subscription.
- Lifetime purchase.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the app store before the renewal deadline set by Apple or Google.
Lifetime purchase is intended as a one-time paid entitlement for the purchasing Keeps account, subject to app store rules, entitlement validation, service availability, Terms and Conditions, and technical limitations.
Purchase processing
Keeps does not directly process payment cards.
Purchases are processed by:
- Apple App Store on iOS.
- Google Play on Android.
Keeps uses RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and determine whether the signed-in Keeps account has an active entitlement.
Account ownership
Paid access is intended for the Keeps account that purchased it.
If you purchase Keeps Pro while signed into one Keeps account, that account should receive the Pro entitlement. Signing out and signing into a different Keeps account on the same device should not automatically make the second account Pro.
If the wrong account appears to have Pro access, contact support with:
- The account that made the purchase.
- The account that incorrectly appears to have access.
- Approximate purchase time.
- Platform.
- App version.
Restoring purchases
The subscription page may include a Restore Purchases control.
Use Restore Purchases if:
- You reinstalled Keeps.
- You changed devices.
- The app store purchase completed but Pro is not shown.
- RevenueCat or the app store needed more time to sync.
Restoring purchases checks for valid entitlements associated with the current app store account and signed-in Keeps account.
If restore does not work, try:
- Confirming you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
- Confirming you are signed into the Keeps account that purchased Pro.
- Restarting Keeps.
- Waiting a few minutes and trying again.
- Checking your internet connection.
Cancellation
Uninstalling Keeps or deleting your Keeps account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
On iOS, open device Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, choose Keeps, then cancel the active subscription.
On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, tap Payments and subscriptions, choose Keeps, then cancel the active subscription.
After cancellation, subscription access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless the app store states otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are generally controlled by Apple or Google.
For Apple refunds, use Apple's purchase support or reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
For Google Play refunds, use Google Play purchase support to request a refund.
Nosiah Studio can help investigate whether Keeps received and applied a purchase entitlement, but Apple or Google generally decides whether a refund is approved.
Failed or interrupted purchases
If a purchase starts but does not finish:
- Confirm your app store account is active.
- Confirm your payment method is valid.
- Check network connectivity.
- Restart Keeps.
- Open the subscription page and try again.
- Check whether the app store shows the purchase as completed.
If the app store charged you but Keeps did not unlock Pro, contact support with purchase details.
Lifetime purchase issues
If the lifetime purchase appears in the app store but does not unlock:
- Confirm the purchase completed successfully.
- Confirm you are signed into the correct Keeps account.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Restart Keeps.
- Contact support if the issue continues.
Lifetime purchase entitlement depends on successful receipt validation through the app store and RevenueCat.
Expired, cancelled, or refunded entitlements
Keeps Pro access may be removed or downgraded if:
- A subscription expires.
- A subscription is cancelled and the paid period ends.
- A refund is granted.
- A chargeback occurs.
- RevenueCat reports the entitlement is no longer active.
- The app store reports that the purchase is invalid.
- Nosiah Studio determines the purchase is fraudulent or violates the Terms and Conditions.
When entitlement status changes, Keeps may update the plan stored in Supabase so the app can enforce the correct Basic or Pro feature limits.
Supabase plan status
Keeps may store the user's current plan type, entitlement status, and related subscription metadata in Supabase.
This helps Keeps:
- Show the correct current plan badge.
- Apply Basic and Pro limits.
- Avoid giving Pro access to the wrong account.
- Keep app behavior consistent across devices.
- Update access after cancellation, expiration, refund, or lifetime purchase.
Supabase plan status is not the original source of payment truth. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat purchase records are used to validate entitlement state.
Privacy and purchase data
Keeps does not receive full payment card numbers from Apple or Google.
Purchase-related data may include:
- App store transaction identifiers.
- Product identifiers.
- Entitlement status.
- Renewal status.
- Expiration date.
- Cancellation or refund state where provided.
- RevenueCat customer identifiers.
- Keeps user ID used to connect the entitlement to the correct account.
See the Privacy Policy for more information.

Do not include:
- Sensitive personal information.

- Removing profile text.
- Limiting friend features.

False or abusive reports
Reporting tools should be used in good faith.
Nosiah Studio may restrict accounts that knowingly submit false reports, abusive reports, spam reports, or reports intended to harass another user.
Children and teen safety
Keeps is not intended for children under 13.
Users must meet the age requirements described in the Terms and Conditions and applicable app store rules.
Do not upload, request, send, or distribute sexual content involving minors. Reports involving child sexual abuse material or exploitation may be escalated to appropriate legal or safety channels where required.

Legal, safety, and law enforcement requests can be sent to:
nosiahstudio@gmail.com
Nosiah Studio may require appropriate legal process before disclosing account data, except where emergency disclosure is legally permitted and necessary to prevent serious harm.
Privacy in safety reviews
Nosiah Studio aims to limit safety review access to information reasonably needed to investigate and respond to the report.
